Sleep Related Concerns

Trouble Sleeping? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can be the answer.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has been proven in medical research to be one of the most effective treatment modalities for remedying sleep related issues. For people who are experiencing sleep problems, the CBT therapist will work with them to understand how their minds might be getting in the way of healthy sleep and then devise a plan of treatment to improve their quality of sleep.

CBT can be adapted for children and teens that are having sleep issues.

As an experienced CBT therapist with a specialized practice in treating sleep disorders, I facilitate trainings for therapists and psychiatrists around the country in CBT approaches for treating sleep disorders and serve as a mental health consultant to several sleep medicine practices in the Boca Raton area.
