I am a psychotherapist located in Boca Raton, FL. I treat children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking solutions to their concerns as well as growth. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I have over 21 years of experience as a psychotherapist. In addition to my clinical practice, I have served on the faculties at the University of Pennsylvania and Bryn Mawr College, teaching primarily in the areas of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Adults and Children, Couples and Family Therapy, Human Sexuality, as well as other clinical electives.

Different problems require different solutions.

For me therapy is about growth, reaching one’s potential, building skills, as well as achieving a sense of inner calm. Utilizing a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic approaches, Mindfulness, Psychoeducation and Family Systems, I work with my clients collaboratively to obtain new levels of wellness.
